The eligible person we are looking for must have these Entry Criteria:

A Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident |

17 to 23 years of age as at
1st May 2010 |
|
Not married or had marriage annulled |
|
A natural female by birth |
|
Has never given birth to a child |
|
Who have never won a Miss Singapore World title previously. |
